Preliminary site screening

Your site's opportunity review

Share the basic property details we need for an initial review. A submission is an opportunity for evaluation—not an approval, lease offer or guarantee. If the site shows potential, we will request energy data during diligence.

What this screening uses

Your ownership or role, property address and location, and your estimate of available roof, land or parking space. It does not use utility data at this stage.

What it cannot confirm

Utility capacity, interconnection cost, fire-code approval, project economics or a rent offer. Those require further diligence, technical review and site-specific agreements.

No utility files are needed yet. If the property passes initial review, diligence will request 12 months of utility bills and available 15-minute interval data.

Your contact and property details are saved in OmniLink's private lead system and sent to our team so we can review the opportunity and follow up. Utility bills requested later are stored privately with the site record, used for diligence and accessible only to authorized OmniLink team members. They are not displayed publicly.
